      • Lean Forward
    • Reverse DB Curls- 10:20x3,25

    • Box Jumps- 10 (Higher box)

Diet-
5am- Pre workout
7:30am- oatmeal w/ cinnamon, some pineapple
12pm- Chicken, Mixed Veggies, Cashews, Broccoli
6pm- will update
10pm- 2 bananas w/ PB, protein


Review-

Eating two banana's but i'm starving so I'll try it out. Most likely will wake up heavier from it but oh at least it's to be expected.
Continuing to try and eat oatmeal in the morning w/ fruit. Seeing how it affects my weight and how I look/feel. I’m feeling much tighter and leaner since adding that in.
