Review-
Up a couple ounces again, probably cause I snacked on 8 oz of deli meat yesterday, haha. I am looking leaner everyday though and that’s what is most important.


Diet-
5am- Pre Workout
8am- Amino Acids
12pm- Campbell’s sirloin burger w/ country veggies soup, salad (Chicken, broccoli, lettuce, egg) and maybe some deli turkey
6pm- Meatballs, Salad(Lettuce, onion, green pepper, eggs, and chicken) sunflower seeds
10pm- 1 banana w/pb and Protein
