    • 1 Arm seated row- 15 each side: 32.5
  • Superset- 4 sets
    • Behind the neck lat pulldown- 15:70x2,90x2
    • Seated Row Pulldowns-  15:70x2,90x2
  • Superset- 4 sets
    • DB row w/twist- 10: 30x4
    • Hammer Curls- 10: 35x4
  • Power- 4 sets
    • 90 degree Bent over rows-4x10: 95,105x3
  • Lunge 800 M
  • Abs- 4 rounds
    • Stick Twist- 50
    • Ab Rollouts- 15
Review-
Down to 167.5 which is the lowest I’ve been thus far. Starting to look ahead more about planning out the next 6 weeks and how I can really maximize this. At the pace I am going I think I should be around 158 for May 21st, which would be crazy. I know that sounds really low but I plan on just getting down there for May and then letting myself back into a maintence for the rest of summer. I will not stay at 158. In the next couple weeks I will be cutting out all cheat meals for the most part.

Diet-
7am (woke up late)- fat burner, pre workout
9am- aminos
12:15- Salad (chicken, lettuce, broccoli, egg), peanuts, honey ham
6pm- 2 Salads (Chicken, lettuce, broccoli, egg) and some mixed veggies and peanuts
