Review-
Woke up this morning feeling pretty sick. Decided to take it kinda easy and I'll do legs on Sunday now, I'm not skipping it.
       Was 165.6 this morning and I'm pumped about that. I ate oatmeal yesterday w/ cinnamon so I'm going to do it today again and see if my weight keeps dropping. It's all about how your body reacts to things. Also I'm going to cut out eggs from lunch. I'll still have them at dinner.

Diet-
5am- Water
7am- oatmeal w/ cinnamon
1pm-chicken, mixed veggies, cashews, broccoli
6pm- Will update
10pm- 1 banana w/ PB and a protein shake
