Review-
Went super hard on my cheat meal last night and I am for sure reaping the consequences. Up to 169.2 but that tends to happen, I will be able to be back to 168 easily for the beginning of the week and ready to be on track. I am going to try and cut back on my cheat tonight a little and not take it as hard. For dinner I’ll probably eat on track and then for my carb spike i'll let myself cheat some there. May 21st is coming fast so I want to start locking in a little more.
Deadlifted 405 at bodyweight of 169, this is another 20 pound PR. If you're ready to make gains, hit me up.
Diet-
9am- fat burner, pre workout
11:30- amino acids
1ish- Not sure what I’m having, but I’ll have cake
6:30- ground chicken, mixed veggies, peanuts
10 pm- vanilla wafers w/ PB
