- Extra Wide Incline- 10
- Superset- 5 sets
- Flat DB Fly's- 10
- Super deep stretch, 3 sec at the bottom
- DB Pullover- 12
- Super deep stretch
- Superset- 4 sets
- 1 Arm DB Row- 8 each arm
- Cable Crossover- 8
- Competition HIIT- 5 rounds AFAP (If you don't have a partner, try to beat your previous week time)
- Bench Press- Fail
- Weight on bar is equal to BW
- Wide Grip Pullups- 15
- Get all 15 regardless if you have to rest or not
- Front Squats- 10
- Abs- 4 rounds
- Toes 2 Bar- 15
- Weighted Crunches- 25
Review-
Looking pretty tight this morning. Hoping to hit a bodyweight of 160 this week. Very doable and I’m pumped!
Diet-
8am- 2 fat burners
12:30-1pm- Ground turkey (8 oz), bag of green beans, 1 avocado
6pm- Same as lunch
Before bed- 1 banana w/ PB
