Training-
  • Light pump work for back.
Diet-
8am- 2 fat burners, 525 mg of dandelion root, 3 eggs, serving of amino acids
1pm- chicken and peanuts, 2 fat burners, 525 mg of dandelion root
3pm- pre workout
6pm- chicken and peanuts, amino acids, almonds, red pepper
Before bed- 2 spoonfuls of PB, protein shake
