Training-
  • Warm Up
    • 15 Pullups
    • 15 Pushups
  • Exercise- 10 sets, 60 sec rest between sets
    • Extra Wide Incline- 10
  • Superset- 5 sets
    • Flat DB Fly's- 10
      • Super deep stretch, 3 sec at the bottom
    • DB Pullover- 12
      • Super deep stretch
  • Superset- 4 sets
    • 1 Arm DB Row- 8 each arm
    • Cable Crossover- 8
  • Competition HIIT- 5 rounds AFAP (If you don't have a partner, try to beat your previous week time)
    • Bench Press- Fail
      • Weight on bar is equal to BW
    • Wide Grip Pullups- 15
      • Get all 15 regardless if you have to rest or not
    • Front Squats- 10
  • Abs- 4 rounds
    • Toes 2 Bar- 15
    • Weighted Crunches- 25

Review-
Looking pretty tight this morning. Hoping to hit a bodyweight of 160 this week. Very doable and I’m pumped!

Diet-
8am- 2 fat burners
12:30-1pm- Ground turkey (8 oz), bag of green beans, 1 avocado
6pm- Same as lunch

Before bed- 1 banana w/ PB
