    • Leg Press- 5: 270
    • Leg Ext.- 10 each leg: 25
      • 5 sec negative
  • Lunge 10 Min:20 pound vest

Review-
Bodyweight hit 160.0 today so I’m pretty hype. Will continue to keep my veggies cut until Thursday or Friday. This week has been pretty low carbs, but I can’t wait to see how I fill out after i “carb load.” And I use that term very loosely. Still trying to determine which carbs I should use but I guess I’ll have to figure it out soon! Going to shift into more of a maintenance for these next couple days. Meaning that I will cut my lunges and dial the cardio back a little bit. I’m also gonna be eating 3 eggs every morning to make sure that I’m not depleting muscle during this week.

Diet-
8am- 2 fat burner, 525 mg of Dandelion Root, 3 eggs
1pm- Grilled Chicken, almonds/walnuts, 525 mg of dandelion root, 2 fat burners
6pm- Grilled chicken, almonds, red peppers
*1 gallon of water with 2 scoops of amino acids throughout the day
